Showroom Beds a farce

Good Day I purchased a 14000.00 bed on the black friday at the Bed Store in Hayfields Pietermaritzburg. I went to this store a month ago and looked at beds. After returning a month later I enquired where was the gentleman that served me. The lady did not say that the shop had changed hands and that hey were a new store there. I went with intentions to buy the sealy bed that I had seen. She convinced me that these beds were better than sealy. Still not telling me that this was another store. After trying it a couple of times as I was not happy with the hardness of the bed but she convinced me that I could try it for a seven day period and if I did not like it I could exchange the bed. Well that was when the drama started the bed was so hard I landed up with such terrible backache that I had to exchange it. I then settled for another King size bed for 9500.00 as that seemed better which was the one on the showroom floor but I did not want a refund for the balance so I purchased another queen size bed for 7000. 00 which my total sale was now 16500.00. The 7000.00 bed was softer than the King size bed when it was delivered. What I could not understand is that the sample bed you try out in the store is completely different from the one that gets delivered to your home. I then had to change the king size bed to another 7000.00 queen size bed which was exactly like the one I purchased. Well that took the sale way into the new year as the factories had closed. I was actually in tears with the delivery guy as I have never been through so much problems with a store. My back was aching and there was nothing I could do but wait for the new stock to arrive. Eventually I received the queen size bed in the 4th week in January after 4 exchanges. Now the most interesting thing is that I have 2 queen size beds exactly the same make Dynamic Supreme BUT the one is harder than the other. I was so exhausted from all these exchanges and problems I was having that I eventually kept the bed. It is not even 3 months and the bed is a total nightmare. It is not comfortable and it's starting to dent in certain sections. I still have backache amd it's not a comfortable sleep at all. I cannot understand how the same bed can differ from one to another. When I tested these beds they had a spring in them and the pillow top but now it seems like it is full foam and the most uncomfortable beds ever in my whole life. I will never recommend them to anyone and I will have to go to another store and buy a well known brand name to have a comfortable sleep at night. This dynamic supreme make I really don't know about it!!!!! Sometimes it's better to buy something you know than new makes that pop up on the market. Very unhappy customer.
