Rotten bed base.

Bought a bed VGA The****dic bed for over R8 000.00. with a supposed Warranty and Guarantee. After only one year, the base broke. The sales lady at Bed King Silverlakes told me that they do not guarantee the base for some sort of odd reason a.k.a. if you use it??? I asked her to get someone in charge to phone me. Never happened. Tried the Head Office complaints department. They told me that they Lady is busy and I need to phone again. Some client service. After no joy for a long time, I decided to fix the bed myself, as I need to sleep. On opening the base, I was shocked. Off-cut planks - some with still the bark attached was used to build a base where people are supposed to sleep on - it is a queen sized bed. The wood had knots that broke in several places. Was so rotten that some planks broke when taken out. The planks were attached by nails - most of the nails was not even in the planks and totally missed the spot. It is ********** that beds can be sold that are in that condition.
