refund that is still outstanding

<p>Hi Peter</p> <p>On the 18 March 2017 I went to buy 5 single beds for R11000.00 at Bed Shop in Roodepoort (Hendrik Potgieter road). The sales person by name of Jabu assist me which he promised that he will contact me on Thursday and the beds will be delivered on Friday afternoon. I then advised him that I’m in between meeting he must keep on calling as there is no one at the address. He went and call in the morning and never get back to me which it really upset me. I then went to the store on Saturday , he then tell me that I was supposed to call him as he tried call me in the morning and I wasn’t picking up. I then ask him to cancel this order as the service was not up to standard. He then told me he will fax everything to head office to cancel the order.</p> <p>I have been following this refund to date and he keep on telling me that he fax everything to head office and he will sms me the number and he doesn’t know why they not refunding me.</p> <p>This is a shocking experience I have ever had. I have been running up and down with my refund.</p> <p>Regards</p> <p> </p>
