REFUND ****

The Bed Shop Mahikeng , The Crossing is refusing to refund me for a wrong order made without my concent. I ordered 3 grey bases and white foam mattresses which took four months to arrive. When i went to collect they were in a wrong colour and I don't want them because they are not what I ordered. i then requested a refund. It has been about four weeks now that they insist that they will deduct 30% of my deposit in order for me to get my 70% refund. The major problem is a result of the sales person put an order (wrong item) behind my back. I am never taking my money there again!! Poor customer service!!!
