I saw a brand new Bed Shop opening in Allens Nek by the Builders Warehouse. We popped in and saw a lovely sales man, Jabu, who was efficient and friendly and helpful. <br> <br> I bought four beds. <br> <br> The bases supp**** were plastic, and they started coming apart almost immediately. Disgusting quality. I complained and was referred to the \manager\" Charl. Here is where my nightmare begins. <br> <br> Charl promised to order me wooden bases to replace the plastic ****. This took three months. No, I am not that patient. <br> <br> In the interim, one of the mattresses was badly damaged by the **** plastic base. I have been asking for that mattress to be replaced for months, and CHARL just ignores me and does not respond to my constant nagging for a new mattress. <br> <br> Big promises, poor delivery and disgusting quality. Dont waste your money! "
