Poor service from the bedshopfourways

I bought a queen size bed at the bedshop fourways for my sleigh bed which accommodates queen extra length and upon recognizing that I made a mistake as the new bed is a bit smaller , I asked the bedshop to exchange the bed and they agreed initially but since I was not around that week I came back the following week to them telling me that the bed is now a second hand bed and they cannot take it back , I was very disappointed by the service , I think I will carry on buying my beds from dial a bed from now on I have never had any issues with them
