Poor service

I bought 2 beds from The Bed Shop on 18 January 2023. 1x single standard and 1x single extra length. They informed me that the extra length bed was out of stock but are waiting for a truck within the next week. It is now almost 3 weeks later and I still do not have any information as to when the beds will be delivered. I did follow up but the only answer I got is that they are still waiting for the truck. The order is already paid.
