Poor Service at The Bedshop Woodmead Sandton

Bought a bed at The Bedshop Woodmead in August Bamboo brand. The springs collapsed by December. In January I went back to complain was told the owner will get back to me. A month later still nothing from the owner. I went back towards thd end of February and the owner was available he knew nothing about my complaint the i explained the whole story from the beginning. He was very unhelpful, ****** and rude to me. I wasted my money on a poor quality bed that got me nowhere and the customer service of the owner and his staff is nothing but poor and pathetic!!!
