POOR SERVICE !!!!

placed an online order over the weekend expecting my bed to be delivered in the next week only to find out after 2 phone calls and an email to customer care that the bed is being made and then shipped to the branch were the branch then will deliver my bed on the 11th of Aug.. 17 DAYS after i placed my online order and paid a delivery fee!!!! nowhere on the website is there any indication of the bed is not a done product and has to be made 1st before shipping this is very poor management of the website and gives people the false narrative of receiving the product in a timely manner.. waiting 17 days for a bed is not acceptable for such a well renowned and big shop in South Africa!!!!!
