Poor service

I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy their bed in this shop. I bought a bed online and it was delivered on the 4th of January, few days later the bed was horrible, I could hear and feel the bed springs when I climb or even turn when sleeping. I reported this numerous times until they responded to have the bed exchanged....been waiting ever since. Their service is ****, their bed quality is even ****pier. Imagine paying thousands for something to function for just a few days.....
