Poor service

I'm not happy with the bed shop service, last week Monday I ordered a bed from them ,paid everything and at first 24hrs passed and i didn't get an order confirmation, I had to call several numbers and email few people, after that I did receive my order confirmation. I bought the bed online and it was stared the bed was out of stock , again I received an email saying I should wait 10 -14 days till I receive my bed whereas I paid same day, ..my daughter is sleeping on the floor at the moment in this cold weather 😒 I'm really not impressed with the service
