Poor Quality Products

As per my previous review i bought the foam bed last year Oct and with in 4 months the mattress top part was lifting forming bulge like ripples across my bed. After struggling to get a response from the shop i was eventually assisted by sales person by exchanging my bed. Now with this exchanged bed two months down the line the same thing is again happening with the mattress.. Its funny because i have no problem with your cheaper beds, they are perfect but your expensive beds are not the quality that i'm paying for. I'm very disappointed with your staff as no one is coming back to me. My next step would be the National Consumer Commission, i paid too much money to let this go ... False advertising is a crime!
