Poor After Sales - Wrong Mattress Delivered

I bought a Orthopaedic Essential bed online from The Bed Shop in July 2022, and started using it in 2023 as I had it delivered where I wasn’t residing at the time. When I bought the bed, this was the description: “This Multi Turn mattress is designed to support a maximum weight of 90 kg on each side making it ideal for children and young adults.”

However, I later realised last year that the mattress is not a multi-turn and only one side can be used. I emailed customer care informing them that I think a wrong item has been delivered to me, and they haven’t responded since. Surely this should be covered in the 10 year warranty as this is something that’s their fault and not mine? I haven’t even had this bed for 2 years. Not even the Sales Manager, Tim White, that sold me the bed has responded to my email alerting him of this. I am disappointed because their after sales is terrible. You’re clearly on your own once they get your money. 😒
