pathetic,poor,worst service ever47

Poor is not even bad enough to describe their service,would not recommend buying anything from them,bought 2 double bedsets,in December 2023, received plain bases where it should have been quilted,called and emailed also watsapp since then exchange not happening,issue was escalated to regional manager,was to be contacted by this person,to date no contact,weekly visit to Somerset Mall branche,weekly sayings no stock,problem is within headoffice.At one point on watsapp correspondence the truck was delayed,but i assume the truck never made it to the branche,because I am still waiting for delivery exchange. So for almost 4 months I am still waiting for my issue to be resolved up til now,I am ready to take it further if not resolved immediately with Ombudsman/NCC
