Pathetic service the bed shop Springfield park

If it was an option to choose 0 star, I so would. They are the most terrible people to ever deal with. The Springfield park durban branch is pathetic. Jennifer is terrible as well as all the staff. The attitude and they clearly don't know what is customer service. They lack a whole lot of things dealing with a customer. They have been giving me the run around for the past year now. My bed that I purchased from them is disgusting. They tell me that they don't deal with the supplier anymore!! So they can't do much. What type of service is this. This place should close down or staff should all be dismissed and get proper staff. I am very disgusted with the pathetic service from the bed shop.
