Pathetic service at "The bed shop Southgate"

On the 26th November 2021( Black Friday) , I bought two beds online and it was stated on the quotation that I would get a free mattress protector and two set of pillows. Firstly, delivery took longer than expected, over a week and I had to call their Southgate branch for enquiries. A staff member there informed me they were out of stock and delivery will be made in the next few days and confirmed I will get the extra optionals.

A few days later, the beds were delivered and the delivery guys knew nothing about my free mattress cover and pillows. They advised I should call the Southgate shop and enquire. I did just that and one of their staff member apologized and told me she will send them in the next few days, but no parcels received. We are now half through the first month of the new year and still did not receive my free mattress protector and pillows. I am disgusted by the level of service I received. The service at "The bed shop" is pathetic and disgusting 😬😬
