Pathetic service

What a nearly 2 year horrible battle my mother has had with the Bed shop Kroonstad which closed down! She purchased 2 matrass from them cash with in a few months springs where poking out. After numarous complaints and promises from various area managers still NOTHING!! Very helpfull and willing to take your money with promises of after service guarantees! What a joke!
