One week in and mattress air vents popping out

On Sunday 17 May 2015 we visited your Wilgeheuwel office and purchased a King Size Sleep-O-Paedic mattress for R10 150. The sales person and delivery people were all very helpful. Exactly one week later I found the plastic vents from the sides had come off. I found them on the floor. I wrote an e-mail to [Email Removed] that I found on the internet. No reply. I sent another e-mail a week later and said if they don't respond I will complain on this website. Still no reply. Next step, Consumer Commission. We were told the bed has a 5 year guarantee and 15 year warrantee but 1 week into owing it they do not honour the defects.
