Nthabi @ Woodmead: False advertising and empty promises just to make a sale

Sleeping on a hard floor tonight thanks to Nthabi and her team at the Woodmead store. I asked Nthabi over the phone and when I arrived in store to pay in full for my bed whether she was certain it will be delivered that same day and she said "yes, we don't waste time". Well I guess Nthabi just wanted to make a sale and never intended to honour her word. I'm actually shocked that people can lack empathy like this... I wonder how she would feel if it was her mother or child sleeping on a hard floor after parting with over R3k of their hard earned money. Quite frankly I just want an immediate refund so I can make the purchase at a more reputable and reliable company.
