Not happy with bed

I am so disappointed with the bed I bought in February,29, 2024. When I reported that this bed has taken shape of my body and one could see the dip on it, they rep**** by saying it has to be 4cm dip for them to take action at that time they never sent anyone for measurements but I sent pictures of the bed luckily I have their email communication, kindly intervene. I bought this bed in Bloemfontein, Fleurdal.
