Not a happy experience

I was very dissapointed with with expreince I received from shopping online with this store as it was more convenient for me all their payments methods were not going through not you not paying cash I tried almost all of them and I was getting an error I ended up missing the blackfriday deal because of this, I was talking to someone on their whatsapp line and they took forever to reply didn't advise me on how I can use other payment methods, I went to the store and the bed I wanted was not available in store and the also did know the payment they advertised. I really wanted that bed so I was really dissapointed with the whole exprience.
