No delivery of purchased item(the bedshop gst -greenstone)

Hello Peter, The bed shop in greenstone has no respect for customers, Bought a bed sleight in May this year, They claim to have delivered it , yet the delivery note does not contain the item. Until today(august), after many complaint nothing has been resolved. Branch manager does not even bother getting back to us. If this is not resolved, I will take this to all sociap medias
