New Bed Very Bad

In 2014 we purchased a Orthopedic bed set. After 1 year it was sagging and creaking very badly. The shop in Brakpan was very helpful, and replaced the bed set with the new design without question. We did have to pay the R200 delivery charge.<br> <br> The new bed is dreadful. It creeks, feels unstable and sounds as if the springs inside are braking loose. Would someone from this company contact me about this, as simply going back to the store, may result in us paying another R200 to get another bad bed.<br> <br> Thank you
