New bed Unhappy sunken bed

My queen bed is 5 weeks old, and it has sunken across the middle of the bed. For some strange reason, it has also shown discoloration. Mattress is torn on the foot end. It's a brand new bed, these problems only happen after 5 years according to the rep that came and inspected the bed. They want us to wash the mattress and damage it further.
