NEW BED BROKEN.

I bought a bed from Real Beds Waterfall Value Mart on 13 June 2020. After a week the bed springs is making noices and we have back pain like never before. If you sit on the edge of the bed you can hear the noise of the springs. The bed is sagging in the middle. I contacted the company where I bought the bed and they said they will come back to me that never happend. After 4 weeks I went to the shop as they told me they will send the complaint to head office again. And they will send someone out to come and see what is the problem. Again 4 weeks after I went there again and they said I must send pictures. As I did So and still no one has come back to me..my husband has a back problem as he work 12 hour shifts and thats why we bought the spine support bed. I am very dissatisfied and mad. Please assist.!!!!
