Multiple Issues with beds purshase at The Bed Shop Aston Manor

I am writing this in order for all to see how bad the service and assistance has been with The Bed Shop at Aston Manor. After attaching photos and following up no feedback was received from Ross Muller nor customer care. Below is the summary of the situation: 16th May - Queen Bed Mattress Purchase- I purchase a queen size mattress, which tore within the first week of use. Exchange Request: I exchange the queen size mattress for an upgraded model one week later, only to find that the new bed started showing signs of sagging within one week of use. Double Bed Issues: In add-on, I reported an issue with the double bed’s base stand, where one of the legs kept falling out. June 6th - Double Bed Sagging: I visited the store again on June 6th regarding the sagging issue of the double bed, and to report that the leg of the base was falling out because the base was tore were you insert the leg, photo’s was send to the Store Manager, Beauty. I was advised to rotate the mattress, but the problem persisted. Further Issues: On Saturday(7th June) I informed the store (Beauty) that the double bed was still sagging and requested a refund. I also mentioned that the queen bed show signs of sagging Delivery and Exchange Fees: I was required to pay R450 in delivery and again a R450 in exchange fees in cash, which was already an additional inconvenience. Customer Service Experience: Initially, the store manager (Beauty) was helpful(she even gave me her what up nr), but once I mentioned my request for a refund, her response shifted. She call her boss Ross, and mentioned that I might have not revealed the correct weight of the person sleeping on the bed, which I found to be both unprofessional and uncalled for. Request for Inspection: When I asked to speak to her boss, I was told that photos would be sufficient for assessment and no personal inspection was needed. However, I believe that the photos do not accurately reflect the full extent of the issues with the beds, especially in terms of how they appear and feel when used
