Messed up service

I bought a bed from the bed shop in Protea Glen and it is sad to say when you buy you received the best service but when a complaint comes in you get the go around and the worst attitude ever. A lady by the name of Aamina sent someone to my house to inspect my bed and they confirmed that it's a factory related problem hense the bed is sagging in the centre. With all this done she still refuses to make an exchange for me and tells me I must sleep on that sagging bed and doest care if I complain to their head office coz nothing will be done to her. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from that shop due to the messed up ettitude and she doesn't know how to treat her costumers.
