****med out of 1 years sleep!

WARNING PEOPLE DO NOT BUY FROM THE BED SHOP!!! MY DUTY TO START WARNING EVERYONE!! WE HAVE NOT SLEPT GOOD IN 1 YEAR!! I bought a bed on the 4th of January in the Vaal Mall... On the day I was there, I lay on a bed and I said to the guy the mattress I am laying on is good but I need a firmer one... one that does not bounce when the other person gets up, one that is super hard. He said to me and my mom, (who was there to help me purchase the bed) he does not have one on the floor, but he has one at the shop and he will make sure to bring me the correct one... He delivered it that day. A week later, we were dissatisfied with the bed because it is definitely not the firmer mattress, on the contrary it is wobbly and bouncy... We are waking up with such pain in our backs... He however came to my house to check out my bed, just to tell me the mattress I want is R1000 more and I must pay that to get it... But I asked for the firmest mattress in the 1st place! we cannot deal with this anymore... I would like a full refund please as this bed is still under guarantee and warranty and we were guaranteed it won't sink in, which it did, it won't wobble or bounce, which it does... Not at all the service or product we paid for or even asked for... False delivery and false promise!!! We are not even really wanting another mattress from you, please just refund us so we can go and get the mattress we asked for in the first place somewhere else. We feel that we have been ****med and **** to. Imagine paying ekstra all of a sudden is this how you catch people??
