MATTRESS COLLAPSES IN THE MIDDLE - THE BED SHOP WILL NOT REPLACE THE MATTRESS

I bought a double Bed from the Bed Shop in August 2020. The mattress collapsed in the middle. I phoned The Bed Shop. They send out the their team who collected the bed and returned it a few hours later......"repaired". One day the later the mattress collapsed again. I phoned them again. Again they collected it and repaired it in one day and returned it. This is now the fourth time. They will not replace the mattress. BAD BAD Service. Manager at The Bed Shop Allens Nek says he is sorry we feel this way it we tell him we will put this complaint on "Hello Peter". It is now October 2021 and they have not replaced the mattress after many many phone calls and complaints.
