Manager interested in making money , customers dont matter

Appalling staff attitude at S****horpe. Ordered a mattress and was coerced into paying the full amount and not a deposit. Two days after my order my personal circumstances had changed and I requested to cancel my order and issue me a refund, This was vehemently refused, and a credit note was offered. Had I not fallen for the coercion, a credit note for a deposit might have been feasible, however having paid the full amount of £399.00 this was not an option. The Manager, Carl, hung up on me accusing me of character ********ation when I stated that the lack of humanity was devastating.
