Loveee our new mattress / Staff and delivery team amazing

The ladies at the Woodmead shop was soo friendly and nice and helpful. Didn't get their names but they really made the shopping experience great.

The reason this is not a 5 star review is because of the delivery. We bought the mattress on Sunday 1 December, and we were told that that it will be delivered on Monday between 12 - 3pm. With that my boyfriend went home at 1pm to wait for the delivery. Around 3 he called again and they said they are out for delivery. We did not receive our mattress on Monday and we weren't notified that the delivery wont take place. Today 3rd of December, we got a call saying the couch will be delivered at 10:30, we asked if they can call when they are on their way to us since we are at work, we didn't hear anything. Just before 12pm, they called saying they are there waiting for us. We rushed home and got out mattress.

The delivery guys were very nice, ad helped us carry the mattress up to our unit.

Love the mattress, prefect condition, wrapped nicely and super excited to sleep on it tonight.

Overall the bed and shopping experience 10/10 ,, the communication with the delivery could use some fixing
