*****...just to get your money

<p>I went to the bed shop for a specific mattress. They couldnt give it but assured me they can give me a simiIar one. I specifically asked for one that dont sag. The sales guy rated and rave about the Baboo one and assured me it wont sag. They had to swop it after a very short while as it sagged just for the new one to sag again. They also MAKE U pay the delivery altough it was their fault. Now they dont want to give my money back. They want me to upgrade but I must pay for it. and they expect me to believe the sales person again who is going to tell me that the next mattress he is selling me wont sag. How must I believe their lies. They just want to get more money out of me. They are just after the money as they have no problem lying about their product. If this wasnt the case, they would have given my money back. Their leaflet btw doesnt state that they dont give money back. They regional manager, PJ, the previous time had the audacity to ask my weigh as if I was to stupid to as how much weight that mattress supports. He obviously also had no trust in his sales person as to make sure that was discussed. I DID ask the right questions, they just gave lies for answers to make the sale. I have never been so furious and dissapointed in after sales care. I cannot warn people enough!! They also dont have other beds in that price range! How ridiculous! So now they just pull up their shoulders. They are however willing to replace it for a 3rd time with the same ****ty product and I must pay the delivery.....makes you think! If they dont want to give back your money it means only one thing.... they know their product is bad! DONT BUY FROM THEM! Their prices is cheap for a reason!!!</p>
