Laybye refund (Bed shop)

I took out a Laybye with the bed shop in Protea glen mall Soweto and later on I requested for a refund till today they taking me from pillar to post it's been 3months now since I requested for a refund this store is robbing people of there hard earned monies

Can I please have my refund
