Item not delivered

I bought a bed from the bed shop in May. It was supposed to come with a mattress cover, the bed came without the mattress cover; I called over and over again, sent emails but I still have not received my mattress cover even today. They have quality beds but their customer service is very poor. I am so angry because my mattress is not protected.
