Is the Bed shop a *****?

I bought a bed from the Kenako mall on the 20th. And within day the base broke. I've been calling the store and the lady keeps lying to me saying they will add me on WhatsApp so I can send them pictures but nothing!

I want a refund! I can't believe this is the kind of cheap quality and bad customer service they offer their clients!
