Inferior Quality Products

We purchased our first mattress and base set at R13'999 from The Bed Shop in Cresta in April 2014 from the sales person Manley.<br> <br> October 2014 the mattress had already sagged, we approached the branch to find that new owners had taken over the branch and the new sales person Jacques assisted us. We paid an additional R2000 for an upgrade which also only lasted a few months.<br> <br> In May 2015 I went back to the branch just to find new owners and new sales people, again willing to upgrade my mattress and base set.<br> <br> I find it ridiculous that a R16'000 bed only lasts a few months. I don't have faith in this company's products and would like a refund. I have been refused a refund. <br> I will not accept another bed, that's three beds in one year!<br> <br> In this year I have developed severe back pain, so painful that I wake up at night unable to sleep in this bed. The pain is caused by the sagging mattress. My spine is forced to twist in unnatural angles.<br> <br> Word of mouth is your best advertising and I won't advise anyone to make the same mistake we made. <br> <br> I would like a refund ASAP to get a proper bed and get rid of my back pain!
