Inferior Quality Matresses

I purchased a matress from The Bed Shop in Heugh Road, The mattress was of poor quality and was replaced, the replaced mattress was just as bad, so I paid an extra R1000-00 to upgrade, hoping this would solve the problem. The mattress was still not acceptable. A visit by the manager/owner had no outcome except to say they would send a rep to assess the mattress. After numerous visits to the shop and finding the manager away overseas or not in, My problem has not been solved, and no Rep has ever been to see me. Originally I requested a refund and I would purchase a mattress elsewhere. Manager would would contact head office to enquire as to a refund. No comeback to me and have just been left in the dark, the mattresses are definitely not up to standard for the exhorbitant price. Service delivery and back up does not exist from this company.
