I’m Totally not Happy with The Bed Shop

This is a follow up review After less than a week the bed I bought from The Bed Shop online started sagging and it was very uncomfortable that keeps me up since midnight. I reported it on their WhatsApp on 23 July 2025 and I received feedback same day stating that it will be escalated further. After not receiving escalation update I then asked for feedback on Monday the 28th and up to today I have not received feedback since they said they will check.

On The Bed Shop’s website the bed I bought was listed as having layers of comfort natural foam but I received a bed with foam rolled around the mattress with huge gaps in between which make the edges firm but not the middle of the bed and the base is unstable. When I’m laying on this bed my body is not straight and it sinks down. I sleep alone on it and I weigh way less than the bed’s capacity. I took and sent videos and photos to The Bed Shop but my complaint has not been attended to.

Therefore I’m not happy with the bed and after sale service from The Bed Shop. This disregard my first review given here 3 days after I received the bed.
