I’m not happy

I bought a Qeen bed at Thavhani mall thohohoyandou on the 1st of July now it’s October roughly 3 months ago. The sales lady convinced me to buy a bed that’s a bit expensive obviously that’s how they do, she explained to me the reasons I should take the bed in question coz of the Kgs which are over 120 per side I comp**** I bought the bed trusting that I would enjoy it . I was never given any terms and conditions printed of my guarantee I was only told there’s a 2 year guarantee and if I encounter any problem They will assist me in a heartbeat. Believe me when I say I only enjoyed that bed for a months it started sinking and sinking I contacted the lady she asked me if the bed is clean. I told her it’s clean but obviously after being used it can’t be clean as it came the first day. The guy who inspects the beds around my area came n told me straight up there’s a factory fault and the lady gave me a bed that is actually lower than my weight . We called her she ddnt deny anything. The guy took the pictures n told me he will send to head office . Infact I shouldn’t hv taken out the plastic cover of the bed. How could I now I mean wen I bought that bed I ddnt think im buying from a Chinese shop n I thought I wouldn’t have any problems since im trusting that they sell quality. To my suprise after the guy took pictures he told me that the head office said is shouldn’t be given another base coz my bed is dirty. But the lady told me that regardless of the bed condition they will change for me . That’s where it all ended no apology from the sales lady . I’m now sleeping in a sunked bed which I bought by a lot of money . I honestly wouldn’t advise anyone to buy a bed there . They don’t sell quality it’s all **** bed and **** warranty and guarantee.
