I bought a bed from one of their stores in Fourways,in 6months the bed was already making a noise

I bought a bed from one of their stores in Fourways,in 6months the bed was already making a noise.l had to go back to them as it has a two year guarantee. Exchanged the bed and was given a new base.The problem is still on with the new base and they are refusing to exchange.
