HORRIBLE

Bought a bed from the bed shop aston manor we were phoned past 5 the evening to come pick it up... found the bed and base on the sidewalk with no one in sight to confirm the pick up.... got home the matress was torn... phoned bed shop they exchanged... got home with bed number 2 sat on it the base snapped underneath me and I weigh 50kg ??? Like how? We then asked for our money back got told but you are doing me in. What about my comission??? I won't get paid because of this anyway 2 weeks of fighting and being told i must pay a R250 delivery fee from festival mall ( keep in mind its less than 2km from my house) i got bed numer 3... upon purchase we were told it can take 120kg each side... we are 1 year in and the bed already had mountains in? We keep on turning the matress just to be able to sleep... this is the most horrible experience ever. I have bough a matress from a pawn shop and have slept better on it than this bed from the bed shop???? Like really... 10 year warranty but now we get told it's not a valid warranty claim. These people must come lay on the bed and feel it.... nobody can sleep on it. The floor is more comfortable than this bed!!
