Good morning, my name is vinolia, I purchased a queen size bed at protea bedshop, n within few months, the bed mattress was sinking n getting torn in the side, I complain n they replaced the bed for me n advise I take another bed which I had to add 2500 on top.Hardly 3 months having the bed, it has sunken across the middle of the bed. For some strange reason, it has also shown discoloration. It's a brand new bed, filed. A complain last year n I have been told stories by the lady in the shop till to date,been waiting for rep to come since last to inspect the bed. The mattress is getting damage further. My back is sore every day when I wake up, I paid a lot of money for the bed that I dnt sleep comfortably in. I feel as if im being taken for a fool I'm spending money constantly to go to the store but still I'm not assisted.
