Good customer service

Id like to thank Paul (Fourways branch manager) and his team for assisting me. I had a problem with my old base and mattress which i bought 3 years ago and still under guarantee . I called the shop explained to them my concerns about the bed and they sent out the manager to come and inspect the bed. A week later they exchanged the bed for me. I was still unhappy with second base but with no hesitation they changed it for me again in less than a week. i now happy to say in happy with both bed and mattress. Well done!
