Good beds, Bad service. I would rate them negative 5 stars

They provide the worst service ever. As I speak, I just spoke to a manager, Heleen, following up on a refund. Apparently i have to follow up every day until i get assisted. I phoned before, and she was either on leave or busy, and when I was told she was busy, i left a message. I am so unsatistied with the services from this company. How does head office close without processing my query? Why are they not communicating with the manager Heleen with regards to the progress of the query? And why does Heleen say I have to "fricking call" her everyday so that she can remember about my query? Bed shop has good beds, but service is negative 5 stars.
