FAULTY BED AFTER 1 YEAR - THEY WON'T EXCHNAGE IT

Faulty Bed after 1 year 4 months. They came to inspect it and confirmed that it is faulty. They won't exchange the bed as it has 1 stain. Does the Bed Shop resell used beds? Why do they care so much about the look of a bed that was FAUTLY from the get go?

I'll be escalating the matter to small claims courts especially given the fact that the bed gave me an injury
