falls advertising/ bad service

We bought a bed from sharpville the bed shop.we were assisted by the manager wade,he really helped us profecinally.he made us try out a furm bed( display also said furm) and we loved it so we bought it.we collected the bed.but when we got home and opend the bed from the plasctic it was a gentel furm.when we went back to the store we was not there and shop assistent Katleho helo us to the bed he could he said aftet a big fight they will refund us to to the fact of vals advretising of the bed as you dont het a furm bed in the one we bought.and Katleho said all is in order we just need approval of the manager Wade to refund.my husband and wayd got in a fight as he was saying there is no furm bed but it was advretised on the bed.he said after big argument. He will refund us and collect the bed sunday at 10am.after my husband phined im after no responce an 10:35.he said he is on his way to JHB and will make arrngment and come back to us.
