EMPTY PROMISES

I went to the bed shop in Eldorado Park on 15 November 2021 and purchased a bed. Before I could purchase it the lady (i cant remember her name) promised me that if i buy the bed cash I will get a free set of standard pillows. We then bought the bed and they told me i will get my pillows in the new year, which was not a problem for me.

Every time i go to the shop to collect my pillows they say whooooooo im so sorry its out of stock.

It's now a year later and i still didnt get my pillows. My complain is not for the pillows but the principle behind it. DO NOT promise things to make customers buy.
