Empty delivery promises

<p>9:38 this morning bought two mattresses from Woodmead based on same day delivery promise. Called at 1:55pm to enquire and was told the vehicle is being loaded, go home if you are out. Tried to call the shop at 4:45 - but the phone just rang. The delivery van pitched at 5:20! Messed up my afternoon waiting for people who werer "on their way". When they arrived I was told the shop messed up - the truck was in Fourways. Someone **** to me. Good sales service, appalling delivery... and they didn't even get a signature or allow me to indicate my concern on a delivery note.</p>
