Dynamic orthaepedic bed not worth quality you to spend money!👎

I bought an base & mattress set from above dealer on 24 August 2021, which comes with a 6months warranty. On the 1 February 2022 I went to the shop in Eldorado Park where I bought set as on the one side of bed you literally get sunken in due to the springs going in. I explained to the lady not the same one I bought bed from. She explained to me that there's a difference between guarantee and warranty and the bed I bought dont have guarantee which means I will be liable for costs to change /fix bed that I used for 5 months (I asked to find out the costs and that we would like to upgrade bed to a higher level even better model) The brand I bought was Dynamic (the said it's orthapedic in fact all beds they sell orthapedic) she promised to call me same day but called me next day. I must pay R2700 (this is without the costs involved for the upgrade that I wanted) people how do you get to this ridiculous amount I bought this bed on sale or reduced price of R3299, l told the lady I'm not crazy that this not even a Bamboo, Restonic, Sealy good brand name. She also mentioned previous day that they will replace base as well, I said there is nothing wrong with base only mattres don't need a different base just switch/mattress. This is day light *******, exploiting us consumers(I am unemployed my mom was going to help with upgrade as she was not please with how low the bed is and brand) where will I get this money to replace bed and it's not if the whole bed springs goes in it's one specific spot, this model bed it's a no turn mattress, you should rotate bed every 2 weeks. Oh and the top of the cake the lady told me that bed is actually suitable for young couples, I told her when I bought it I was not told about young couples another big thing she mentioned bed was meant to carry 70kg weight. The lady I bought bed from asked me how many will sleep on bed I said 2, myself and my daughter. On the day I walked in and looked(showed interest) at bed, she could Cleary see I don't weight 70kg, now when I have an issue I'm reminded of weight. I slept on this mattress for 5 months for a so called orthaepidic bed just the orthaepidic part told me it's supposed to be an good no let me say excellent model Cleary I didn't get my monies with, l paid cash and this lady explained me of some credit I have of R500 something, how I have credit when transaction was cash? 😩👎😡
