Don’t buy anything expecting a warranty! Disgusting service!

I bought a queen size bed that only lasted 8 months before it was completely shot and it came with a 2 year warranty but after 20 or more phone calls the the Alberton branch where the bed was purchased, the manager and area manager took no interest in assisting! What ever you do, do not purchase anything from the bed shop expecting any kind of guarantee. They refuse to contact you back or even take interest in their so calf guarantees. The beds are of poor quality and the service is appalling to say the least. I’m sure all branches work on the same poor principle.
